If you want to get into the representative programme, here's how:
PLAYERS - check out the Rep Trials page of this website, which tells you the date for trials, and is where you must register to trial. Please check the Rep Programme dates below to ensure you'll be available for all events and fixtures.
COACHES/MANAGERS - go to the Coaches & Managers section below, read the Coach/Manager policies, and download, fill out and submit your application form. The Coaching Director's contact details are listed under the Coaches & Managers section if you require further information.
REFEREES - check out how to get into representative refereeing on the refereeing webpage.
The following grades compete at the National Championships held in Feb/Mar: (teams crossed out we are not offering in 2012-13 due to no coach)

*Note: entering a Mixed is a prerequisite before entering Boys & Girls.
Touch North Harbour endeavour to provide opportunity to play in every grade offered. However this depends from year to year on numbers of players and availability of coaching and managing staff.
REPRESENTATIVE PROGRAMME
ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for the Touch North Harbour (TNH) representative programme, Players, Coaches, Managers and Referees must be associated only with affiliated Modules. Some Modules choose not to affiliate to TNH. Anyone involved at an unaffiliated Module is ineligible for reps.
Players must play at at least one Module which has paid Representative affiliation.

Players must play at least 45% of games at a TNH affiliated Module.
Players must attend at least 75% of all Rep trainings to be eligible to attend the major tournament.
Age Group Eligibility
Touch New Zealand have updated the Age Grade Eligibility Policy effective as at 1 July 2010:
Junior Age Grades (Under 9 to Under 17)
A player participating in a Junior Age Grade Team must be under the age, by 31st December in the year in which the Touch New Zealand domestic season starts.
(i.e. for the 2012-13 season, the eligibility date will be 31st December 2012).
Youth Age Grades (Under 19 & Under 21)
A player participating in a Youth Age Grade Team must be under the age during the year of the tournament they are participating in.
(i.e. for an Under 21 player participating at the 2013 National Championship, they must be 20, or younger, for all of 2013; therefore their year of birth must be 1993 (or later).
Masters Age Grades
A player participating in a Masters Age Grade Team must be of the age during the year of the tournament they are participating in.
(i.e. for an Over 35 player participating at the 2013 National Championship, they must be turning 35 during 2013; therefore their year of birth must be 1978 (or earlier).

REGISTRATIONS FOR NATIONALS
Open and Youth Team Managers can login at http://reg.sportingpulse.com/ to register their teams for Nationals. For 2012, this is due: Masters - 3rd Feb; Youth/Open - 9th Feb. The TNH office will email you passwords and instructions.
REPRESENTATIVE COSTS
Costs for this season (2012-20123 are in the attachment below. Touch North Harbour do their best to try and reduce these costs via gaming funds and sponsorship. However in such tight economic times, funding and sponsorship are very difficult to come by. If you know anyone who would be interested in sponsoring all or even a portion of the representative programme, please contact Julie Morris at the TNH office on 448 0304 or
